The Office Coordinator holds responsibility for supporting our fast-paced corporate and production office. Reporting to the Office Manger, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office functions and for assisting the operations team with a variety of duties.

About the Job:
Under the direct supervision of the Head, Marketing Communications, the incumbent is the Project Manager responsible for the major overhaul (development and implementation) of the Canada Council’s websites (internet
and intranet) as well as sub-brand sites, including leading cross divisional project teams to determine the requirements for web projects and related applications; managing external suppliers and acts as the key liaison between the project team and Information Management Services; with the project team, develops standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing; conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness; managing all elements of web design; ensure that project successfully meet the needs and expected results; and performs other duties as required.
