The Ontario Arts Council’s ACCESS AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT supports Ontario-based Aboriginal arts professionals and arts professionals of colour. The program will fund professional development and skill-building opportunities that advance the applicants’ artistic work and careers.
ACCESS is open to Ontario-based artists of colour and Aboriginal artists. Applicants can be: Professional artists, Traditional artists, Aboriginal Elders, Arts administrators, Arts educators, Community artists or animators, Curators or presenters, Programmers, Technicians.
The program covers grants for study/training, mentorships, internships/apprenticeships, and portfolio development. For more info, go to the Access and Career Development website.
