Some 95% of Japanese Canadians marry interracially, the highest rate of any ethnicity in Canada. This film is about Director Jeff Chiba Stearns’ journey to discover why. Reel Asian presented One Big Hapa Family in 2010. Watch trailer here.
This screens as part of Hart House’s Conscious Activism Doc Series. Director/Writer/Animator will be in attendance for an artist talk following the screening.
