This month, Volcano is co-pro-ing one:two:one, the 6th edition of The Whole Shebang, with Andrea Nann and Dreamwalker Dance Company.
the scoop:
one:two:one explores concepts of twinning, mirroring, and unison through movement, sound, spoken text, video, puppet theatre, mirrors, and photography. there are works by identical twins, fraternal twins, wannabe twins, and also works that explore artistic twinning and pairing diverse individuals.
this year’s line-up is a huge list of critically acclaimed toronto artists, including a lot of Volcano regulars.
one:two:one runs Nov 23-25 at dancemakers. 8pm evening performances, 2pm matinees, with pre-show activities starting 30min before curtain.
tickets are $25 / $20 students and seniors, and are available on eventbrite.
