The European Union Film Festival is offering two Masterclasses with Nik Powell at Ryerson University’s School of Image Arts this weekend:

Screenwriter Masterclass – A to Z from a Producer’s POV

Producer Masterclass – 30 Lessons of a Producer, for the Producer
Sun Nov 18, 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Free Admission

Nik Powell, Co-founder of Virgin Records (with Richard Branson) and Co-founder of Palace Pictures (with Stephen Woolley); Executive Producer on films such as CRYING GAME, MONA LISA; Vice-Chairman of the Board of the European Film Academy and for 9 years previously, the Chairman of European Film Academy and host of the European Film Awards; Chairman of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Film Committee; Chair of Juries for major festivals such as Sundance and Locarno.
