To all our friends and readers in Winnipeg, the Winnipeg Film Group will be presenting Doin’ Good, a screening of short films that celebrates the creative depth and diversity from some of Canada’s contemporary Asian film and video artists.

The shorts programme includes work from some familiar Reel Asian filmmakers Aram Collier and Nobu Adilman. More information

Leslie Supnet is the curator for Doin’ Good and she will be available for a live Q&A following the screening. Leslie’s film, Hang in There, screened at Reel Asian 2011. She is also one of the participating filmmakers in this year’s Asian Heritage Month School Tour.

  1. I am doing a school project on publicity, PR and Social Media promotional use in Independent Films and short films and this would help me very much! Thank you. If anyone is looking for interns to work at the Film festival…please help me.
