Nuit Blanche

Nuit Blanche is an amazing event that Toronto hosts to showcase artists from around Canada and the world.  In one day, there will be over 130 art projects to experience for free.  This event starts at sunset 6.59pm Saturday, October 1 to sunrise of Sunday October 2.  Here are a couple projects to look for.  For more information visit here.

 

Gallery 44 will exhibit Postcard 44: A Postcard Portrait Studio. Get your portrait taken in a Canadian winter scene. Visit the loading dock next to Gallery 44 at suite 120 of the 401 Richmond Building from 7pm - 4am.  For more information visit here.

 

Erratic by Germaine Koh, a Vancouver based performance artist. For more information visit here.

Cloudscape by Xiaojing Yan, a Toronto based artist builds an elaborate installation constructed with reed and paper. For more information visit here.

 

 

Through the Gorilla Glass by Spencer Rand, Jonathan Wong, Andrea Ling, Jonah Humphrey, and GUILD.  The exhibit explores ideas of communication through physical and spatial experience.  or more information visit here.
