Randall Okita
Randall Okita was born in Calgary and currently splits his time between Toronto and Vancouver. He has written, directed, and produced two short films that have both been featured at film festivals worldwide. His first film, Machine with Wishbone (2008), has won several awards. It was broadcasted on Bravo! and as part of Jack Ofield's prestigious showcase: The Short List. Okita's second film, Fish in Barrel (2009), reveals a man's emotional crisis in 8 minutes. In addition, Okita developed and produced On Your Feet, a children's television series now airing on Treehouse TV.
Paramita Nath
Paramita Nath is the screenwriter, co-producer, editor and director of the short film Found: The Poetry of Souvankham Thammavongsa. After completing her bachelor's degree in music at Memorial University in Newfoundland, she moved to Toronto. She explored modern dance, choreography, visual arts and film, eventually earning an MA in Interdisciplinary Fine Arts at York University.
